Initially had issues/misunderstandings with billing shipping, etc. there seemed to be a bit of disconnect between the Dr and the support team. The doctor himself has been awesome… informative and available which is had to find. I just started my first week and everything appears to be sorted out personally by him. His follow up shows me that he takes pride in how his company works. Definitely ain't cheap lol but if you have an insurance carrier that covers a portion of it I would say go for it.
