Terms of Service Subscription Policy

Subscription Policy

At GetGambit, we offer convenient subscription plans to ensure our clients have uninterrupted access to their prescribed treatments. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Subscription Model

  • Subscriptions are available on a quarterly (every 90 days) basis for select treatment plans.

  • Each subscription includes a scheduled shipment of your prescribed medication and may include physician follow-up, if applicable.

2. Automatic Renewal

  • All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance.

  • You will be charged using the payment method on file at least 2–5 days before your next shipment is processed.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team at support@getgambit.ca.

  • To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

4. Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our treatments and prescription products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our support team, and we will do our best to resolve it.

5. Modifying Your Subscription

  • You may update your shipping address, billing information, or medication plan through your account dashboard.

  • Any changes made after an order has been processed will take effect starting with the next cycle.

6. Eligibility

  • Subscription availability depends on your medical eligibility, as determined by a licensed healthcare provider during your initial consultation.

  • GetGambit reserves the right to pause or cancel subscriptions if continued treatment is not deemed clinically appropriate.
